    SESH EVENTS IN 2022

https://www.mmjreporter.com/zxktdgv0-43749 It means so much to us at the time of writing, to say Sesh Events has had a really and successful 2022.

https://lavoixplus.com/index.php/2023/10/19/pcpx3v2so72 Co-ordinating events for Hull City, Hull KR, Hull University, as well as programming our weekly free entry Trinity Live event, whilst also operating a venue on Humber Street with Social has been a real privelege, whilst also maintaining our work with the weekly Sesh night at Polar Bear Music Club.

Humber Street Sesh, our flagship event in August, also returned, catering for 18,000 this summer, supporting grassroots music!

As we finish the year our thoughts are on the future, protecting the work we do for Social as a venue, The Sesh at Polar Bear and Trinity Live, programming acts for Hull City’s prematch entertainment, whilst planning for a summer of activities in 2023.

We want to take this opportunity to say thankyou to all of the artists and audience participants who have helped us return back to work doing what we love!

Humber Street Sesh 2014 – Official Video

This is the Official Humber Street Sesh 2014 video, courtesy of Laurence Showler.
Lauri was commissioned through ‘Art Sesh’, which was partly funded by the Arts Council and The Heritage Fund, to capture the Festival in all it’s glory. We feel Lauri has done a great job with this video, truly reflecting the brilliance of Hull’s creative community, whilst engaging with the various audience demographics.

Mark kindly, over a period of a few months, interviewed some of the key players involved with The Humber Street Sesh Festival and asked the question of what The Sesh means to them. Beautifully captured, this video is a testament to Hull’s Creative Community. We thank Mark for his time and effort in producing such a quality documentary.
